This large villa near Barcelona is ideally located near the cultural attractions of Barcelona, the lively town and extensive beaches of Sitges, and only a few minutes drive from the famous Penedes wine region. The villa faces the Garraf natural park ideal for picturesque walks or bike rides.
Can Marce once produced 140,000 litres of wine a year and has now been restored to a high standard but with care to maintain much of its original character. All the rooms are large, many with their original wooden beams and floor tiles. Outside is a large terrace that runs the length of the villa with wooden garden tables and chairs for outside dining, served by a large BBQ.
The villa is available to rent for groups of either up to 18 people or up to 12 people. Either way you will have exclusive use of the house and private swimming pool. It has full self-catering facilities, but also a cook and housekeeper available to provide catering and cleaning services when you want to truly relax. An English speaking tour guide is also on hand for special excursions.
